Shipping and Store Policies
Most items are shipped via USPS. We take great care to make sure all items are packaged securely. Shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska as well as a few US cities require extra postage. If you are ordering from Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Alaska ask for a shipping quote first.
Refunds and Exchanges
Satisfaction is always our goal. Returns are excepted if they meet the required following criteria. We do not refund the return original shipping cost. All items must be... undamaged/unused in the original box and with the original packing and, returned within 10 days of receiving the item. When the item is received and has met the criteria a refund of the purchase price minus the original shipping cost will be issued as long as the piece is in the same perfect condition as it was when first shipped to you.
Soaps are non-refundable due to the nature of the item. The only exception is if we shipped in error.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
If your item is damaged during shipping, please save the box and all contents so it may be inspected by the shipper. Please notify us immediately if there is damage from shipping. When the damage claim is paid you will be refunded the purchase price including shipping.
